Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2010, inter alia, to consider Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2009 (Q3).

The stock was trading at Rs.164.60, up by Rs.3.05 or 1.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.166.45 and low of Rs.162.40.
